OOTD - Navy and Black works!

I read somewhere that you should never wear Black and Navy together.  I guess they have never seen a black lace jacket paired with a beautiful midnight navy dress before.  It works!  As long as you pay attention to the cut, the fabric and accessorize it with the right hair, makeup and shoes to get the perfect look.  What I love about this look is that people think you are wearing all black until they get up close and personal and they see that it's Navy.  Nice little trick *winks*
